Been meaning to post this up for ages. My girlfriend got me the 'Drawn and Quarterly Showcase Three' for Christmas, which is a really good illustration book that everyone should get just to see Genevieve Elverum's section. Elverum's is a French-Canadian comic book artist whose paintings are amazing. I love the mix of influences her work explores and I don't think I've ever seen a prettier elephant.
